Return and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on customersupport@meabloom.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care on [phone no. to be updated] between 9:30 am – 5:30 pm IST from Monday to Saturday, within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.

Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy:

 

At Mea Bloom, our Team place great efforts to conceive, research & curate a perfect product to elevate your personal care routine. If you are still unhappy with the product, please send us an email with the following details, within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. We will be happy to issue a product exchange (of the same or higher value) provided the product is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed. 

If your shipment packaging is damaged or resealed, please do not accept it and notify us. For notification, please ensure you record an unboxing video and reach out to our support team within 48 hours. 

Please write to us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to exchange or return against refund, at customersupport@meabloom.com with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Invoice number 
  • Details of your request or complaint
  • Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible as below, without which we will not be able to process the request
    • In case of product not sealed/ leakage/ broken products –clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton and outer packaging. Please also send images to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.
    • In case the product received is empty or volume of the product is less or product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered- clear images or video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear images or video of spillage (if any wherever applicable), mono-carton and outer packaging.
    • In case the internal packaging and the outer packaging received is dirty- clear images or video of the complete open package received along with clear images or video of the mono-carton and outer packaging
    • Mono carton refers to the Mea Bloom box/packaging (if applicable) the individual product comes in, while outer packaging refers to the larger box the entire order is shipped in. Images of both are required to process claims.

Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3-5 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.

All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as it was received in and physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document that states the following:

  • Address of dispatch
  • Name & Address of the customer
  • Order number
  • Contents of the package

Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care Team at customersupport@meabloom.com

Once the package is received by our warehouse team the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours. You will then be informed of the new consignment tracking details. 

Please note orders for Gift boxes and ones purchased during Mega / Promotional Sales events are not applicable for exchange or refund.

Mea Bloom is not responsible for damage after delivery.

 

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable

We do not offer cash refunds.

Products not eligible for return:

The following products are not eligible for return in any circumstances:

  • Products damaged/degraded as a result of use, overuse,
  • Products that have missing items, damaged original packaging including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts and other accessories, and
  • Products with altered serial numbers.

Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi. All products are carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners after quality inspection.

 

Mea Bloom offers free shipping for all prepaid orders.

For COD orders of any value, we charge a flat fee of INR 75.

All goods received will need to be signed upon delivery.

Mea Bloom will take no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorized person.

Mea Bloom is not responsible for damage after delivery.

International Shipping

To get the product, customers must pay the customs charges, import taxes and other charges as may be required under applicable law which will be collected on the Website and thereafter paid to the authorities in the applicable jurisdiction by Mea Bloom.

Packaging Details 

Our products arecarefully wrapped in paper wraps before being put in cartons for a safe delivery experience.

We take great pride in the calibre of our packaging and we take all measures to minimize use of plastic.

We endorse and encourage the use of reusable packaging material for the sake of our environment & planet.

Tracking Information 

You will receive an email after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. You can check the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Timelines 

Domestic delivery timeline is 7-10 days after receipt of your Order.

Our delivery partners may contact you should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforeseen delay.  

 

Most orders are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered as per the estimated time of delivery.

Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, act of god or any other such force majeure event. No refund or cancellation will be allowed due to any delay in delivering the products within the estimated time of delivery provided on the Website and/or communicated to you.

Dispatches may be a delayed due to increased order volumes during the Sale Events. We acknowledge & appreciate your trust in Mea Bloom Products & are committed to deliver products within the delivery timelines.

Our endeavour is to deliver your entire order together, however in an event of stock out for a specific product or purchase during the Sales event, possibility is that you would receive multiple shipment against your order.
